Bit of Vit C added


9.00am (pretty smallish meal)
Poached snapper
Sauteed carrots, zucchini, leeks, onions, snowpeas, garlic
Liver (lambs organic liver)
Sauerkraut and juice
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Salt
SUPP: 2 x Cd, 1 x HCl, EPO, Zinc, B6, Selenium, Iron


10.20am-10.45am
Coconut water
Coconut meat
couple of brazil nuts


11.15am
Mineral drink


11.30- 12.30pm
Eating coconut meat/water throughout this hour + coconut oil

12.20pm
Lemon water with bit more Vit C



feel kinda sick/nauseous - 1.35pm. think i ate too much coconut


6.45pm
Chicken soup: broth, meat
Liver (lamb)
Sauerkraut
Few vegies: carrots etc in broth
SUPP: 2 x CD, 1 x HCl, iron, vitamin A, EPO, B6

Roast pumpkin (cold)
Eating vegie cake mix (carrot, pumpkin, onion, garlic, spinach, cauli, broth etc)

Bed: 11 (good movie was on - Into the Wild!)

Water

8.10am
Water with bentonite clay

8.30am
Celery and beetroot and grape juice
Vitamin C added

*just as started to eat b-fast had probiotic*
9.30am
4 mini vegie cakes
Chicken stock
1 fish cake
sauerkraut and juice
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, Se, Zn, Iron, B6, EPO


12.30pm-1.15pm
Chicken soup (not very big amount): stock, chicken meat, bones, carrot, squash, onion etc
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Almond butter (eating after - about 5 tsp)
--> nose felt slightly itchy after eating the  butter.

1.40pm - Eating: mashed roast pumpkin (about 1 cup) with bit more chicken and coconut oil ~3tsp
--> I just didn't feel satisfied with soup etc, so had this. Hopefully it won't give me uber reflux.

3.25pm
Mineral drink


7.30pm - small meal as not feeling like big appetite.. feel 1/2 sick 1/2 like need to eat
Poached snapper (small 1/3 palm size)
Sauteed leeks, grated carrot, grated zucchini, shallots, garlic in coconut oil and salt
Sauerkraut - about 2 tbs
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, B6, iron, EPO
--> since I wasn't really hungry and tummy wasn't wanting huge amounts of food... I have a bit of refluxy feeling now. (9pm)

some soaked brazil. nuts - peeling for butter and eating a few ;)
