ONE

Katie, Day 1. December 15th 2011.

More uniform colour over the face, however still undeniable orange tinge (especially around the eyebrows/nose)







Not all too happy with my hair situation at the moment also - that's something else that bothers me. Its thinned and gotten drier. I hope that with healing of the rest of my body, my hair health will also improve. I know it will :) It will be thicker, shinier, stronger and darker.




Food: 

Breakfast:

  • Two big glasses of spring water (20 min before food)
  • Bowl of green peas
  • 2 frozen bananas whipped into banana ice-cream (good god this is the ultimate love of my life)
  • SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp salmon fish oil
Lunch:
  • 1 palm sized poached/fried lamb loin - so yum
  • 1 cup cooked bokchoy and carrot
  • SUPPLEMENTS: Hydrozyme (contains pepsin, Betaine Hydrochloride and Glutamic Acid - this supplement is geared towards increasing the Hydrochloric acid in the stomach)
  • 3 cups green tea (from same tea - refilled water) (about half an hour after meal)
Snack:
  • Cup green peas
  • Some cooked green beans
Dinner:
  • 2 1/2 cups of green peas, zucchini and green beans
  • 1 palm sized poached/fried lamb loin
  • SUPPLEMENTS: Magnesium, B-complex, and Hydrozyme,  3 hours later Zinc Picolinate 30mg, 1 tsp Salmon fish oil
Water throughout the day, green tea.

Must admit, today's diet was rather repetitive, but that's ok. Will be variety-ing it up soon.
Bowel movement in morning.
Felt generally ok today. Not evident bad headache. Slightly tired.
