SEVENTEEN

Food: 


(all Organic where possible) :)

Breakfast:

  • 2x Glass water, 15min before food 
  • Banana (raw - nice and ripe)
  • Beetroot
  • Pumpkin
  • Lima beans - biggish bowl
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, hydrozyme x 1, vitamin C 
Lunch:
  • White sweet potato, baked (almost whole potato)
  • Hoki fillet, half
  • Beetroot
  • Garlic prawns - prawns, garlic, coconut oil
  • Roast lamb
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion 
Dinner:
  • 2 bananas
  • beetroot (raw), carrot (raw), asparagus (raw) - small amounts
  • roast lamb (about palm size or more)
  • 2 garlic prawns
  • cooked apple
  • cooked beetroot
  • cooked peas
  • SUPPLEMENTS:   1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

Good BM this morning.
Feeling pretty good.
