Food:
(all Organic where possible) :)
Breakfast:
- 1 cup water
- 1 x ripe banana
- 1/2 c pureed green peas
- Small amount of slow cooked ox tail and broth
- cooked carrots
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 2 x Paracea Forte, Critical Digestion x1, Hydrozyme x 1, B6 x 1, 1tsp of sodium ascorbate in apple-water juice (homemade)
Lunch:
- Fillet of poached cod
- Pureed beetroot
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, Critical Digestion x1, Magnesium x1
Snack:
- Pureed peas, parsnip and pumpkin
- SUPPLEMENTS: Bcomplex x1
Dinner:
- Fillet of white cod
- Steamed green beans
- Pureed beetroot
- Pureed butternut squash
- Pureed parsnip, peas and pumpkin
- SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate 30mg, Paracea Forte x 2, Critical Digestion x1, Hydrozymex1
Water throughout the day (about 2L)
BM in morning. Orange colour with green/dark speckles throughout. Relatively formed. Clearly digestion is not taking place as wanted.
