SIX

Katie. Day 6, 20th December 2011. Tuesday




I reckon the eyes are looking a little clearer



Food: 

(all Organic where possible) :)

Breakfast:
  • 1 cup water 
  • 4 turkey and carrot meatballs
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 2 x Paracea Forte, Zinc Picolinate x1, 1tsp of sodium ascorbate in pear-water juice (homemade)
Snack:
  • Mashed banana x 1
  • Pureed cooked pear (pearsauce)
  • SUPPLEMENTS: Magnesium x 1
Lunch:
  • Rabbit broth soup
  • Pureed butternut squash
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme
Snack:
  • Rabbit broth soup
  • Pureed butternut squash
  • Pureed turnip
  • Banana ice-cream (about 2 large bananas)
Dinner:
  • Pureed turnip
  • Pureed butternut squash
  • Fillet of white snapper fish
  • 5 small cooked mushrooms pureed
  • Banana icecream (about 2 bananas worth)
  • Pearsauce
  • SUPPLEMENTS:  Zinc Picolinate 30mg, Activated B6, Paracea Forte x 2, Critical Digestion x1, Fish oil 1tsp, Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

3 BM's today.  All small quantity. Brown. Constipated segment appearance.
Ate approx. 5 bananas today and 2 pears. Far too much fruit. Tomorrow I need to make sure I keep it to about 2 pieces in total.
Experienced bubbling of stomach and bit of gas mostly in afternoon/night. Unsure as to why really, only changes are more bananas and fruit.. Will cut down tomorrow and see how it goes.
However wanted to increase fruit today to stimulate gastric emptying...
Read today about SCD and how taking supplements with illegal ingredients in them is against SCD rule. I have to take many supplements at the moment which are covered in cellulose !! There's not much I can do about that! I am just going to have to take it all everyday as it is. It is what it is.
