Food:

Breakfast:
- Peppermint tea and glass water, 30min before food
- Bowl of cubed butternut squash and beetroot
- 1 small banana
- SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp salmon fish oil
Snack:
- Mashed turnip/swede, broth from slow cooker
- 2 cooked green apples
Lunch:
- Steamed broccoli
- Mashed turnip/swede
- Clear broth soup with shredded lamb, carrot, celery, broccoli
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 B-Vitamin Complex, 1 Magnesium
Snack:
- 1 large banana
- Tin of sardines in olive oil and lemon (Fish4Eva)
- another large banana (about 3 hours after other one)
- SUPPLEMENTS: Hydrozyme
Dinner:
- SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate 30mg, 1 tsp Salmon fish oil
Water throughout the day (about 2L)
Woke with bubbling tummy. Bubbling/rumbling/gurgling tummy intermittently throughout day.
Had headache when woke. Lasted all day. Feeling listless, flat. Breathing difficulties again.
Bowel movement in morning. Ok.
