After properly reading the plan of starting SCD, I began the 'Intro Diet' today. I now know, thanks to Jordan and Steve from "SCD Lifestyle" how to begin the SCD. I will stay on the intro diet for 2 days. So... until tuesday morning. Then, I will begin Phase 1 where I can add a couple more vegetables and fruits. Which shall be: swede/turnip, pear, apple, butternut squash and banana! YAY BANANA!!!!!!!
Food:
(all Organic where possible) :)
Breakfast:
- 2x Glass water, 15min before food
- Bowl of frozen banana ice cream (just bananas)
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp salmon fish oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x BComplex
Lunch:
- 2 Fillets of white poached fish
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 B-Vitamin Complex, 1 Magnesium
Snack:
- Turkey mince (organic) and pureed carrot meatballs x 5
- SUPPLEMENTS: Hydrozyme
Dinner:
- Rabbit broth soup with pureed carrots (YUM) - SCD intro diet soup
- SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate 30mg, 1 tsp Salmon fish oil
Water throughout the day (about 2L)
Woke with headache again! Not a nice one. Slightly disappeared in the afternoon. Slight bubble of tummy after dinner, but other than that, quite settled stomach. Bowel movements difficult today.
