TWO


Katie, Day 2. December 16th 2011.


Helllooo attractive (main idea of this beautiful angle was to focus on chin acne and orange pigmentation around mouth, nose and eyebrows)






Food: 
(all Organic where possible) :)
Breakfast:

  • One big glass of spring water (20 min before food)
  • 1 + 1/2 cups mashed turnip/swede with himalayan rock salt.. yum
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cooked green apple
  • 1 fillet poached white fish... Mmmm :) 
  • 1/2 large roast beetroot (oil used = coconut oil)
  • SUPPLEMENTS: Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp salmon fish oil, 1 Hydrozyme
Lunch:
  • Remaining roasted beetroot
  • Bowl of green peas
  • Bowl of mashed turnip/swede
  • Rabbit leg! Yes, rabbit!
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 B-Vitamin Complex
Snack:
  • 1 small banana
  • Organic Peppermint tea
Dinner:
  • Slow cooked free range roast lamb
  • Roasted butternut squash and beetroot cubes
  • Steamed broccoli 
  • Slow cooked carrot and celery pieces
  • Slow cooker juices/gravy/stock + himalayan pink rock salt
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme,  Zinc Picolinate 30mg, 1 tsp Salmon fish oil,  1 Magnesium (3 hours after dinner)
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

Felt alright today. Very slight headache but not too bad. Generally ok..
No bowel movement today.
