FIFTEEN


Katie. Day 15, 29th December 2011. Thursday



Food: 

(all Organic where possible) :)
Breakfast:
  • 2x Glass water, 15min before food 
  • Paw paw
  • 1 small avocado
  • Peas
  • Pureed turnip
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium
Lunch:
  • Hoki fillet x 1 
  • Green beans
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Yellow squash
  • Beetroot
  • Pumpkin
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion 
Dinner:
  • Turkey and shallot patty
  • 3 small turkey and shallot meatballs
  • Pumpkin
  • Green beans
  • SUPPLEMENTS:   1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

BM's have now become quite regulated !!! Same time every morning, (half hr after waking) and normal colour!~ yay
This began about... 27th Dec. Tuesday. 
No headaches, no aches, great energy, clear mind. Going pretty well.
Occasionally bubbly tummy/ rumbles, gas. But mostly ok.
