Breakfast: (HUGE B-FAST TODAY)
- 2x Glass water, 15min before food
- 1 x banana
- Roast lamb
- Left-over duck, carrot, zucchini stirfry
- Cooked apple/pear/choko
- Banana icecream
- Cooked mushrooms
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Lunch:
- Lamb
- 1 x fillet of Hoki fish
- Green beans cooked
- Pumpkin cooked
- Lima beans cooked
- Paw paw
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion, 1 x B complex, 1 tsp fish oil
Snack:
- Paw paw
- 1 x apple
- 1 x apricot
- cooked carrots
Dinner:
- Pumpkin
- Beetroot
- Asparagus
- SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)
