SIXTEEN

Food: 


(all Organic where possible) :)

Breakfast:
  • 2x Glass water, 15min before food 
  • Banana (raw - nice and ripe)
  • Apple (raw with skin)
  • Green beans
  • Hoki fillet x 1
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, hydrozyme x 1
  • Celery water 
  • Lemon water
Lunch:
  • ~10 mini turkey and shallot meatballs
  • Green beans
  • sugar snap peas
  • butternut pumpkin
  • yellow baby squash
  • red cabbage
  • white sweet potato
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion 
Dinner:
  • Turkey and shallot meatballs x 1 (small)
  • Beetroot boiled
  • Pumpkin boiled
  • Minted peas (homemade)
  • White sweet potato chips
  • SUPPLEMENTS:   1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

BM good this morning. About half hr after waking.
Breathing problems have been quite bad today. Feel like gas is in stomach needing to burp  a bit.
I think the breathing thing also occurs when my stomach is quite full. (I did go to town on the sweet potato chips - best thing in the world. I would like to marry the white sweet potato :P )
