HAPPY NEW YEAR! May 2012 be the best year yet :) 

Good morning January 1st 2012!~ Time to start off with a classic selfie in the mirror!

Food:  (all Organic where possible)
Breakfast:
  • 2x Glass water, 15min before food 
  • Cooked beetroot
  • Bowl of cooked peas
  • Cooked apple
  • Cooked pumpkin
  • Avocado x 1 with lemon juice, flaxseed oil and himalayan pink salt
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium 
Lunch:
  • Half white fish fillet (hoki)
  • Green beans
  • Sugarsnap peas
  • Pumpkin 
  • Shallot (1 - chopped)
  • Choko 
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion 

Snack:
  • White sweet potato circles roasted with coconut oil and himalayan salt (about half large)
  • SUPPLEMENTS: B complex
Dinner:
  • Banana icecream (1 banana)
  • Cooked apple and cinnamon
  • Paw paw
  • Sweet potato roasted (about half of large)
  • Pumpkin roasted
  • SUPPLEMENTS:   1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme
Water throughout the day (about 2L)

Bubbling tummy since about yesterday afternoon. This morning I woke with rumbling/bubbling stomach. Not sure why... Diarrhoea this morning.

Ate a whole large white sweet potato today.
Not sure as to why I have had gas, and occasional gurgling/bubbling stomach today. It started after lunch time.
Tomorrow I am not going to eat sweet potato and see if its any different. I hope to the highest heavens that it is not sweet potato causing it .... sweet potato is my only salvation!!! haha. in other words. I am in love with sweet potato and can't bear to part with it for long.
