Katie. Day 20, 3rd January 2012.Tuesday




Food:  (all Organic where possible)
Breakfast:
  • 2x Glass water, 15min before food 
  • Green peas
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • 2 apples cooked
  • 1 pear cooked
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, Vit C, papain enzyme blend iLifeFoods

Lunch:

  • 1 tin of ocean trout by Olive Organics
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • Red onion
  • Olive oil and lemon juice
  • SUPPLEMENTS: 1 Hydrozyme, 1 x critical digestion, 1 x magnesium, Mineral drink


Afternoon:
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • Green beans
Dinner:
  • Mashed Qld blue pumpkin
  • Mashed turnip
  • 2 pieces of white sweet potato
  • 2 slices of turkey (1 cm thickness), half palm size each slice
  • Bok choy
  • Green beans
  • SUPPLEMENTS:   1 x Zinc Picolinate (30mg), 1 tsp evening primrose oil, 2 x Paracea Forte, 1 x B6, 1 x Critical Digestion, 1 x Vit E&Selenium, 1 x Hydrozyme, papain enzyme blend iLifeFoods
Water throughout the day (about 2L)


BM this morning pretty normal. Tummy feeling alright all day until just before dinner and now after dinner i'm gassy. Bit of bubbling throughout day but nothing too dramatic.
