- Lamb meatballs- YUM. With onion, grated apple, chives, spring onions in them

meal4: stirfry
- mushrooms
- broccoli
- carrot
- zucchini
- choko
- salt
- peas
BM this morning alright. Slightly acidic/burn feeling left, and residue on TP.
Alright colour.
Breathing has been much better,
except after dinner has been slightly difficult - zucchini!?
farrr out this thing is ridonk.
PS. after first meal of beetroot, pumpkin and plum I had a hive form on my upper leg.
