- 4 garlic prawns

BM this morning when woke. Beetroot present. A bit looser - not normal brown, slightly green/brown/yellow
Had upset stomach last night - some pains, gassiness etc. mostly after lunch/afternoon food
Also had that tonight.
Both nights have done Castor oil pack - feels soothing and nice.
Slightly gassy today and yesterday.
