- Lamb broth with lamb marrow and soft tissues and meats
- Veg: broccoli, yellow baby squash, onion, spring onions, beetroot, tiny bit of carrot, green beans, sugarsnap peas, zucchini tiny bit
11am
- lemon water (whole lemon juice in cup of water) with vitamin C
11.30am
- Cup broth
12.30pm
- soup
- 1 avocado
6pm
- lamb broth without meat with vegies
7.30-8pm
- ginger tea
9pm
- cup of stock - very fatty this time. kinda YUM!!!
- eating the fat/gelatinous parts of bones whilst making stock
bit of a pain/yuck feeling in stomach 10.20pm
BM this morning was like the past 3 days. Green, stringy, looks like 'green specs' within it, like undigested food. I'm confused because all I've been eating is flipping broth and soup!! wtfffff.
The first bit of it was a bit more formed, but still looks like the classic 'after sweet potato/starch'
My legs have been achy yesterday, last night and today a bit.
A bit of a rumbling stomach this morning which again is confusing.
Breathing is much better at the moment.
