FOOD
- 1 raw apple with skin
- poached pear x 1
- Cooked choko x 1
- Small bowl green peas with salt and coconut oil
- Small amount of cooked beetroot
began to feel nauseus/gas forming in stomach.
Breathing is still annoying as hell.
- small fillet of mullet fish
- steamed/stirfried: bok choy, leek, beetroot, parnsip, garlic, lettuce (fresh)
- lemon juice
- coconut oil
- himalayan salt
had rumbles when i was eating this - but it was not from this food as it was lower down.. a few pains. gahh
- pumpkin roasted
- parsnip roasted
- split peas cooked
- (SMALL AMOUNTS)
- SUPP: CD, Mg
- Apple x 1
- Split peas cooked
- roasted pumpkin
- 1/2 avocado
- fillet of parrot fish
- 2 celery sticks cooked
BM this morning normal brown colour finally..
Bit of blood on TP... :(
Normal, formed stool, end looked slightly constipated (clumped sections)
