Mmmm hello attractive
1st Meal
- 3 slices roast white sweet potato - heaven
- bowl of sliced steamed pumpkin and large english spinach
- SUPPs: CD, Zinc, VitE &Se, B6, PF
2nd Meal
- 1 golden delicious apple
3rd Meal
- Turkey (palm size or bigger)
- Leek
- Bok Choy
- SUPPs: Hydrozyme, zinc, CD
4th Meal:
- 1 Nectarine
5th Meal:
- 1 x dory fillet
- Peas
- Boiled beetroot
- lemon juice
- sweet potato (white) (about 1 and a 1/2 fistfuls size)
- SUPPs: Vit C, VitE &Se, CD, Hydrozyme, B6, PF --> Probiotic later (about 2 hours after foods)
Have not done my BM for this morning as of yet. Have been awake for an hour or so. Usually would have gone by now.
Breathing is slightly compromised.
BM about 11am. Small and constipated in appearance - pellet formed into solid formation.
