Food:
I've decided to instead of writing BF, L and D just to have all my meals across the day. I don't usually just have the 3 but rather smaller ones more frequently
1st Meal:
- RoastedQLD blue pumpkin
- Roasted white sweet potato
- 1 organic nectarine
- SUPPs: zinc, b6, CD, VitE and Se, PF, EP oil
2nd Meal:
- Purple grapes
3rd Meal:
- Mushrooms
- Turkey
- Leek
- Broccoli
- SUPPs: hydrozyme, CD, Zinc
4th Meal:
- Avocado
- mango
- mushrooms
- peas
- pumpkin
- carrot
5th Meal:
- whole avocado with lemon juice, himalayan salt and olive oil
- mango
- mashed pumpkin
- 1 x golden delicious apple
- SUPPs: CD, EP oil
~BENTONITE CLAY~
Noticed breathing difficulty after drinking clay... still present at 8.30pm. Drank clay at about 6.30pm
6th Meal:
- 2 roasted parsnips
- Roast pumpkin wedge
- Turkey 3 slices
- Leek
- 1 x Nectarine
- SUPPs: zinc, hydrozyme, B6, VitE &Se, PF, CD
BM this morning when woke. Slightly loose. Looks quite a bit like yesterdays. Parts of undigested parsley in it. Looks slightly like air is trapped throughout it - not solid formed block
