- Stirfry: 4 little pieces lamb, broccoli, garlic, bok choy, red cabbage, onion, spring onion, sugar snap peas (lamb about 15min later after vegetables with Hydrozyme)
- SUPP: zinc, Bcomplex (need to pick up B6 from dads house), PF
- Bulk lima beans - eep... (my tummy is already a-rumbling - potentially the amount of split peas yesterday?)
Have gassssssss today! - thinking its the split green peas from yesterday. I did eat quite a large quantity.
- 1 banana
- 7 lychees
- 1 cooked zucchini (large) - spaghetti
- 1 medium avocado mashed for sauce
- olive oil (about 1 1/2 Tbs
- Himalayan salt
- Lemon juice
- 1 Parrot fish fillet - poached
- Spring onions (about 4) cooked and also raw
- 1 garlic clove
- SUPP: Zinc, VitE &Se, Hydrozyme, CD
- ~ 2 cups boiled green beans
- 1 slice poached pear
- 1 parrot fish fillet - poached

- SUPP: CD, PF, Zinc, B6, Hydrozyme, Probiotic
Face feels slightly irritated after eating this fish and beans mix (it was eaten at about 8.30pm)
Have had SUCH a chronic bubbling/gassy day today :( gahhhhh soooo annoying.
I'm making heaps of soup broth tomorrow... i'm gonna sort of restart the SCD but this time i'm following GAPS instead.
Woke with an upset stomach. Bit of bubbling and gurgling. ... Hmm..
BM this morning quite green in appearance. Formed but looser and 'stringy' appearance. definite residue on TP. First part looked slightly constipated in appearance with stringyness.
