1st meal: 7.30am
- Roasted white sweet potato (HEAPS - YUM but I cannot resist)
- Boiled cubed beetroot
- ~Tbs of green peas
- CD, PF, B6, Zn, VitE &Se
2nd meal: 12pm
- red pawpaw 1/4 large
- 2 slices white roasted sweet potato
- 3/4c roasted broccoli
- 1 slice steamed choko
- Vit C drink, Mineral drink
3rd meal:
- Roast Lamb
- Roast beetroot
- Roast garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Steamed Choko
- Hydrozyme, CD
4th meal:
- 2 poached pears
- Beetroot
- Choko
- Leek
- 1 x golden delicious apple
- B complex
5th meal:
- Roast lamb
- asparagus spears x 6
- zucchini steamed
- lemon juice
- green peas
- carrots
- steamed pumpkin - qld blue
- Vit E &Se, CD, Hydrozyme, PF, Zinc, B6
