Bentonite clay mask to start the day








FOOD glorious FOOD
1st meal: 7.30am

  • Roasted white sweet potato (HEAPS - YUM but I cannot resist) 
  • Boiled cubed beetroot
  • ~Tbs of green peas
  • CD, PF, B6, Zn, VitE &Se

2nd meal: 12pm
  • red pawpaw 1/4 large
  • 2 slices white roasted sweet potato
  • 3/4c roasted broccoli
  • 1 slice steamed choko
  • Vit C drink, Mineral drink

3rd meal:
  • Roast Lamb
  • Roast beetroot
  • Roast garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • Steamed Choko
  • Hydrozyme, CD

4th meal:
  • 2 poached pears
  • Beetroot
  • Choko
  • Leek
  • 1 x golden delicious apple
  • B complex
5th meal:
  • Roast lamb
  • asparagus spears x 6
  • zucchini steamed
  • lemon juice
  • green peas
  • carrots
  • steamed pumpkin - qld blue
  • Vit E &Se, CD, Hydrozyme, PF, Zinc, B6
