food

meal1:

  • sweet potato roasted
  • paw paw
  • SUPP: CD, PF, EP oil, Zinc, B6, VitE &Se

meal2: 
  • green beans (only a couple)
  • ~8 lychees - YUMMMMMMMm
meal3:
  • kangaroo stew - carrots (purple and orange), celery, onion, kangaroo, water
  • green beans
  • SUPP: hydrozyme, CD, Bcomplex, Magnesium
meal4: 
  • beetroot, celery, parsley, ginger and apple juice with water
meal5:
  • baby cottage pie
meal6:
  • baby cottage pie
  • some kangaroo meat
  • vegie stirfry (cauliflower - cooked, broccolini - cooked, onion, leek, spinach, kale, mushroom (1), bok choy, garlic)
  • half a small avocado with lemon juice, salt and olive oil 
meal7:
  • beetroot, celery, parsley, ginger and apple juice with water

Felt pretty good today.. BM quite  normal looking and fine.
No bubbling of the stomach, slight headache but it was VERY hot today also ..
A little weak and my knees feel hot and a bit stiff when I bend them.
Ate sweet potato here for dinner, plus SP in meal 5 and 6. No bubbling... ?? Therefore potentially not the SP causing bubbling.
