  • Mullet fish fillet x 1

meal3:
  • boiled green beans
  • apple
  • plum
  • SUPP: magnesium, CD

meal4: 
  • can sardines in organic sunflower oil
  • SUPP: hydrozyme

meal5:
  • plum
  • SUPP: vitamin C drink

meal6: 
  • cucumber (1/2)
  • lettuce leaves
  • basil leaves
  • cottage pie (15cm diameter, 7cm depth): white sweet potato top, mushrooms, lamb mince, carrot, celery, thyme, parsley, lemon juice, coconut oil, shallots, purple onion, spinach/chard, himalayan salt)
