- 1 lamb backstrap
- green beans
- green peas
- SUPP: Hydrozyme, CD
- 1 small avocado, salt, lemon juice and garlic clove raw
4. (about 1 hr after previous meal)
- roast pumpkin and leek
- pumpkin soup
- garlic clove raw
- SUPP: bcomplex, Zn
5.
- roasted pumpkin (qld Blue)
- vegie mix: cooked broccoli, carrot, kale, shallot, 2 mushrooms
- 1 small steamed parsnip
- SUPP: Zn, EP oil, PF, CD, B6
Good BM this morn, slightly looser at end and 'stringy' ish, with residue leaving on TP - perhaps the sweet potato.
Breathing has been difficult today. Don't know whether its from the fruit, from emotional upset/worry etc, or pumpkin?
Hopefully will be better tomorrow.
