1st time putting himalayan salt on my face and sitting in sun
First day of using my Pai organic rose and camomile cleanser with organic cotton muslin cloth
Epsom salt & bi-carb bath (10pm)

I apologize for no pictures recently. I have been a bit slack not gonna lie. I'm in the midst of trying to fix my webcam so it will be easier to just take a happy snap everyday and post it straight onto here without having to upload from my camera everyday :D
~~ FOOD ~~
- 1/2 rockmelon
- 2 pieces parrot fish, poached
- garlic
- ginger
- red cabbage - poached/stirfried
- coconut oil
- himalayan salt
- green beans - poached/stirfried
- mushrooms
- coriander
- parsley
- shallots
- red onion
- 2 cooked apples
- red cabbage cooked
- banana icecream (frozen bananas) and frozen figs with cinnamon
- 1 large lebanese cucumber
Breathing began to get a bit shifty after this
- sweet potato roasted (circle chips) - coconut oil and himalayan salt (a small whole SP)

- Bowl of lettuce/rocket and lemon juice
- basil, mint, coriander, oregano, parsley
- ~8pm lamb meatballs x3 : lamb, basil, parsley, oregano, spinach, onion, garlic
- --> 1tsp fish oil (I know that with kryptopyrroles I need Omega-6 FA's but I am still awaiting my Evening Primrose oil to arrive at healthy life :) And we all need our fish oils /Omega-3's !

Finally had my BM at about 3pm. But it was relatively small and constipated in appearance. It did look normal colour however.
Had nother BM about 8pm. Small but samish, good form etc.
Breathing has in general been better today. Also a bit present after SP meals.
Have still not had daily BM (it is almost 3pm) - not sure why . Hopefully will by tonight!
skin is looking a bit settled down, wondering whether its because i hadn't eaten red meat in about 4 days...?
I aim to eat red meat only twice a week now. So, today I ate red meat and tomorrow I will also because I have more meatballs made and some more diced lamb ;)

Must admit I'm feeling pretty dang good after all this Sweet Potato today - no rumbling at all in the tumtum. Niiice.
The whole rumbling sitch has been good today and also yesterday I think, soo thats good!
Just thought I'd stop by since you were nice enough to follow me. :) This is an interesting idea for a blog, I have to say! As a student nurse, I appreciate it.

ReplyDeleteyes it's quite a journey for me at the moment... I study nutrition and dietetics so it's quite fitting for me, and I bet yeah as a student nurse it would be very interesting! I hope you find the stuff i'm writing about thought-provoking or something of the like ...it's just crazy how prominent food intolerances are these days and how much they're increasing throughout society. I personally think it's because of all the foods we are eating - ones that humans are not supposed to even be eating! eg, milk from cows that is so incredibly processed by the big manufacturers that it basically contains no nutrition/naturally occuring enzymes and is coming from stressed cows in an unnatural environment.. no wonder so many people are lactose intolerant these days. Plus the entire grain industry - humans have not evolved fast enough to adapt to a grain based diet. no matter what the dietitians/health authorities are saying about eating healthy wholegrains daily. It's all very confusing and I just had a massive rant (It's the die-hard foodie and nutrition fiend within me!! :) hehe)
Anyway, bit of a nice paragraph for you to read !! haha,
