FEBRUARY 1st

Woke up about 9.20am

Water
Probiotic
Juice: celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon, beetroot, mint


11.10am
Soup: meat broth (lamb), beef bits, marrow, gelatinous parts off bones, carrots, shallots, butternut squash, broccoli, garlic, onions, mushrooms, zucchini (peeled and deseeded)
SUPP: HCL, PF, CD, Chaste, Zinc, B6
**for some reason, at 11.20am I have a hive on my upper leg** this occured 3 nights ago also (29th January)... UNKNOWN REASON!!


3.00pm

Ginger tea (fresh ginger)
Lemon juice in the tea when its cooled down



6.45pm

BM this morning brown in colour, with beetroot surrounding. Smallish. Non-smelly. Constipated appearance. I believe I am 'one day behind' in terms of BM's because I missed a day of BM-ing on the 30th of January. This day (30/1) was the day I had to get up at 5am and get off to Melbourne and then to the airport etc. So it was very go-go-go. 


Feeling quite tired /lousy again today. Breathing is a bit bad... not too bad but yeah.


Tomorrow morning I'm going to eat a raw mango and also throughout the day add a few more raw things - such as raw cut up carrot with raw avocado dip (just avocado, garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice)




Things I've noticed about my health that have improved over the past month:

  • Intense feelings of hunger and accompanying dizziness/sickness have disappeared - I can go longer without food and not feeling like I'm gonna pass out/die!! (I believe the colloidal mineral drink/humic+fulvic acid drink we found is helping out the adrenals and pancreas in insulin production - my blood sugar levels are not going bonkers anymore)
  • Skin tone is more natural - less orange pigment/red pigment, pale everywhere else (even though I'm still eating heaps of orange things :) )
  • Headaches (daily ones) have gone (well this has been true for about 2 or more months now :) )
  • Energy is good.. !
  • Skin on face is not as inflamed and lacks pussy whiteheads!
