BM action - constipated as F. smallish amount. normal colour but clumpy little pellets. fml

Soup: lamb neck stock, lamb meat, lamb mince, 1 purple carrot, leeks, kale, onion, garlic, green beans

SUPP: 1 x HCl, 1 x CD, zinc, B6, selenium, Chaste, Ovarianne, EPO
---> had only 1 HCl and 1 CD --> want to monitor results of this, ie, whether I get bubbly tummy in about 5 or more hours etc.
I read that in the morning enzyme levels and HCl levels are more responsive so you potentially need less help with enzymes/HCl for food breakdown.

SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, vitamin A, Mg (decided to take 2 x Hcl and 2 x CD with this meal just because i could feel a bit of bubbling going on (not much at all really) bu twas a bit ominous therefore increased the intake of these two at this meal as it was a relatively big meal also and don't want things passing through undigested!)

Bought: marrow bone, stock bones, 1 spatchcock (Bendale Organic farm baby chicken), 2 lamb loin chop things - not the classic chops but nice meaty portions with fat
FG: cucumber, carrots, garlic, silverbeet, leeks, pumpkin, almonds, peas, lettuce, baby squash, beetroot, pawpaw, onions, broccoli, etc. :)
tummy felt a bit bubbly/pain from needing to farttttttt etc, but ok... (6.30pm)

--> gonna start just having the zinc in the morning, now.
--> also weaning off the Chaste and Ovarianne, as per advice from Amy and decision that Nirala has just given me too much for my body to handle right now. I need to focus on gut and gut alone, and really would be best if I weren't taking ALL of these supps, but GAPS book does recommend Betaine HCl and Digestive enzymes along with Probiotics. So those 3 are the mains to focus upon.

Have bite/hives?/itchiness on front of throat. in light looks like little bites kinda thing going on... as long as it doesn't spread it will be okkkkkk.
