1.40pm - Eating: mashed roast pumpkin (about 1 cup) with bit more chicken and coconut oil ~3tsp
--> I just didn't feel satisfied with soup etc, so had this. Hopefully it won't give me uber reflux.

--> added the HCl back (1 at a time - just 1 tonight) in as my lower intestines etc is realllllllllllly bubbly!!! hasn't  been like this for AGES --> its either: aloe vera, lack of HCl in past 24+ hours, golden seal, double up of probiotics, or sauerkraut (possibly a few things in there to wonder?)
--> this meal was probably bit rushed to begin with and i felt a bit flighty.

--> did this as realised ate quite large amount of protein (fish), so needed some sort of HCl production...


** reflux feeling after food today has been really not too existent. It has been worse when I have taken HCl with meals. Difference is that I feel bubbling stomach that seems to be getting worse. 
The bubbling is in my lower bowel.

So last night after the almond butter, I seemed to get three different areas (two on tummy one on arm) of itchiness, looked kinda like a little dot was there, hive-like.... no almond butter for me today!

Took a Critical Digestion enzyme because it felt like food was still in my stomach ... fermenting and making me feel hideous/ refluxish - different/ gross
I didn't even eat hardly much for dinner. I think the pumpkin/meat combo is a shocker for me!!!!! Never again! (well anytime soon)

GAH - sorta come to conclusion with Mum that the past day with explosive bowels and aching legs etc due to too much sauerkraut too quickly . the lactic acid and good bacteria in it cleaned my out fair and square and was a bit too much acid to handle along with the too much HCl (3).

OK .... so last night about 10pm I began to feel incredddddibly nauseaus. I thought it was because I drank too much water after having dinner at 7.00pm - I didn't drink the water until about 10pm (so 3 hours is plenty of time realllly.. ?!) - as it started to give me sort of reflux like symptoms/acidic throat feeling. I really felt like I was going to vomit, even got the shaking, rapid heart beat, and rising feeling in the throat that you get before vomiting. Welll.. I didn't vomit, and eventually fell asleep after sitting up in bed til midnight with 2 pillows. Not only was I getting the nauseaus stomach and throat feelings but also as I was feeling increasingly like I needed to vomit, my stomach and lower bowels began rumbling and bubbling.
So, I woke up at 5.30am this morning after waking a few times in the night feeling refluxy, and felt I needed to go to the toilet.
Let's just say I completely emptied my bowels. At first, it was the usual clumpy lumps. Then more smooth... but HUGE amounts (ie, probs my whole intestines), the last bit of the first toilet visit was the smoother section, but was surrounded by what looked like a webbing of mucus/greenish coloured something. Don't even know! There was a dot of blood on TP from wiping, and the bott bott felt a bit tender. I assume/hope blood was a scratch kinda thing from coming out in large amount/quicker.??!?! its not great is it - that I get blood on TP ??? FARK!! What to do.
I went back to bed and about half an hour later I needed to go again - this time it was loose loose loose. Bot watery diarrhoea but loose runny bowel movements. Felt acidic ' burning ring of fire '
Anyway, it feels good to not be constipated. But dear god, what kind of reaction was that?!
I don't know what it was from - potentially the sauerkraut I ate yesterday with all meals? Or food poisoning from not being careful enough with food prep? Contamination of allergens? Fruit from the other day?

I feel ok this morning (I'm at work) 8.30-1.00pm, but my knees are aching and my tummy is still a bit tender. Bubbling a little.

David (Acupuncturist) did spontaneous acupuncture treatment on me - major finds: I am very cold, blood deficient, need warming (the broths and meats and things like ginger tea are great for this). He did work on my legs for digestion. Was a very good treatment! He is a wonderful acupuncturist.!!~

Got home, about 2.00pm

Haven't eaten anything. Lost appetite.
This reflux feeling was helped out by drinking water with a heaped tsp of bicarb soda. Made me able to burp up some good old carbon dioxide.

Probiotic (10.30am) - capsule broke open so I drank the powder inside the capsule in some water. Hopefully this doesn't kill off the good bacteria in the stomach acid - but it shouldn't ... you'd think the capsule would open anyway in the stomach.

feeling nauseus..... guessing from m 
skin also looks more active and red and inflamed

Bit of bubbling, pains and dry gas (7.40pm) -- bubbling still at nearly 9.00pm. Guessing because of the eating at 1 and then at 3.30pm --> food would have been entering stomach newly and then later when going into intestines some of the food in stomach was in proper chyme state whereas the later eaten food wasn't and therefore is causing discomfort in intestines because of partially digested foods fermenting/not being digested properly because of inappropriate size of molecules.

--> went to markets, feeling of nausea came on, general loss of appetite feeling..
Got itchy neck (whether from a bite or what I don't know) - not like usual hive or itchy feeling.. kinda felt like itching it didn't make it any better
Tummy a little bubbly, not tooooo bad...
I'm thinking this is because of the orange that I juiced this morning. I noticed something similar with the last time I juiced orange.
--> also have a bit of a headache (2pm)

Feel a bit headachey and dizzy/out of it




(5.20pm) --> feel a bit refluxy - I think I took too many HCl's with the small meal I ate and not huge amount of protein (only 6 prawns) --> lesson learnt!
