SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, B6, EPO, Selenium
SEEM TO GET REFLUXY THROAT FEELING AFTER THIS

--> bus to yandina pharmacy for progesterone oil

feel kiiiiiiiinda refluxy/yuck but at the same time really hungry - so I think I should eat!

SEEM  TO GET REFLUXY FEELING AFTER MEATS AND CHICKEN - NOT AFTER FISH

about 6 tsp or so of almond butter

poached red emperor - SO YUM --> I've decided my fave fish is emperor and snapper!

--> seemed to develop itch on neck, hive!??! - almond butter?!


face feels bit irritated after food.... this happened last night I feel.
Don't have reflux feeling though! -- FISH!!
