Went to bed: 11 ish (need to bring this back dowwwwwn~!)
Hours: 9 ish
BM action - went. but still clumpy. trick is to sit on toilet for longer than usual and wait for it to all come out. I need to get this moving along more!

10.00am (not a huge huge meal) - trying to keep them on the smaller side
Soup: carrots purple and orange, green beans, 1/2 fillet COD fish, onions, stock, squash, garlic etc (was cooked in stock that has been used over and over - YUMMO taste)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, b6, selenium, EPO
breathing seems to have gotten bad after eating,.

Probiotic eaten with some more paw paw
Developed itch on right arm underside - there is no raised hive bump but just felt irritated - 11.20am
Toilet - slight urge for more BM action but not happening. Tiny pellet though... feels like I need a full evacuation!!!!

feeling pretty good today! haven't felt this good for quite a while i don't think...

Mum is suggesting maybe the pumpkin is upsetting me now. I don't know~!!!!!!!! :(
