'PORRIDGE' sauteed - onion, blueberries, coconut oil, salt, pumpkin (tiny bit), zucchini, squash, grated carrot 'porridge'
tuna sashimi fillet palm size with turmeric and garlic and coconut oil and salt



12.30pm
Red emporer cooked fillet
beetroot mix
Cooked pumpkin in pumpkin soup mix/stock etc
porridge mix
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, Mg, Vit A



6.00pm
Bulk cooked prawns down at Mooloolaba  :)
SUPP: 1x Hcl


7.30-8.00pm
Cooked 'porridge' mix with coconut oil
Pumpkin soup/stock base
steamed broccoli and green beans
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic
SUPP: iron (NEW from Wayne in Coorpooroo), B6, 2 x CD, EPO
