**woke up last night about 2am with reflux feeling. Felt like needed to burp, and food solidy acidicness rose. Also felt like food was still in stomach, hence coming back up oesophagus **

BM action - easier to pass and a little more than past few days early visit, but still dark and clumpy

Steamed broccoli, zucchini, beetroot
Sauteed leeks and garlic in coconut oil and chicken stock
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, Golden seal x 2, Zinc, B6, Iron, EPO
--> added HCl back as tummy uber bubbly yesterday.
--> have bit of reflux feeling after this meal.
11.00am
Brazil nut butter (about 7 - 8 tsp)
1.00pm (very small as initially felt hungry but then head got jittery and I feel out of it!!! and not so hungry anymore)
Chicken soup: stock, chicken meat and skin, bones and marrow
Broccoli, garlic, squash
Sauerkraut - about 1tsp + juice
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, Mg, Vit A

Almond butter (about 6 tsp)
Chicken soup " " above + carrot, beetroot etc.
Sauerkraut and juice (about 2 tsp)
PERFORMED ENEMA ON SELF - 4.30pm - 5.30pm (3 times) - probiotic in last ones
Breathing has been a little crapola lately.... on and off. Sometimes after eating, sometimes not. It's not super noticeable but occurs some days. Today a litttttttle bit, (such as now) - 6.15pm

+ ate a bit of the apple whole
Breathing is a bit shite tonight...
Stomach hasn't been uber bubbly today. Not as bad as yesterday. Occasionally it bubbles... but not hardcore

Roast pumpkin - spoonfuls out of whole half roasted butternut
Vegie cakes x2 - fried in coconut oil: grated carrot, roast pumpkin mashed, onion grated, garlic, silverbeet, chicken stock, salt
Roast beetroot - few pieces
Sauerkraut
SUPP: EPO, 2 x CD, zinc, iron, B6
