So last night after the almond butter, I seemed to get three different areas (two on tummy one on arm) of itchiness, looked kinda like a little dot was there, hive-like.... no almond butter for me today! 


Woke: 8
Went to Bed: 10
Hours: 10 ish 




BM action - skinny little ones - still speckled and lighter colour. Most of first part looked like this and was skinny slithers, but stayed on toilet for longer and more came out that wasn't as skinny. Good amount came out today...
2nd sample for poo test taken.

8..30am
water with lemon and MgSO4 (1 tsp)


8.40am,
Water with bentonite clay (1 tsp)

9.30am
Pumpkin soup base
poached 1/2 fillet of snapper
coconut oil
green peas
carrots, onions etc in pumpkin soup
Beetroot mix
Olive oil
Lemon juice
himalayan salt,
baby spinach
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, b6, EPO, selenium


10.45am
Probiotic


11.20am
1 soaked brazil nut
1 pear - red

1.10pm
Mineral drink in lemon water

2.30-3.00pm
Palm size sashimi tuna lightly cooked on both sides -->Turmeric and himalayan salt and coconut oil rubbed on tuna
Steamed broccoli stems and green beans and baby spinach--> sauteed in garlic and coconut oil
Olive oil 1 tsp
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, MG, Vit A

Face feels slightly irritated after... but god when does it not after food??


I also feel really 0 energy, weak etc... lie down seems best thing right now

Went for walk around block.


7.30-8.00pm
Chicken stock base/
Pumpkin soup base
Chicken meat (not much)
Red cabbage, carrot, broccoli stem, green beans, onions, garlic, peas
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Basil leaves from garden
Himalayan salt
SUPP: 2 x HCL (may have been one too many as there wasn't much chicken!), 2 x CD, zinc, B6, EPO (decided to have zinc for past two nights also)


Before 10pm
Made brazil nut butter
-- ate many tsp's
