raw beetroot/coconut oil/lemon juice/garlic and parsley
sauteed leek and carrot and onion in coconut oil - this had curry leaves in the oil to flavour ... APPARENTLY of the NIGHTSHADE family. FUCK ING HELL.
Maybe this is why I had the headache etc.

Had headache ..... but has now disappeared (3.40pm) - have felt really hungry all day and began to feel dizzy and out of it down in noosa, think its because I did not feel satisfied with the food I ate. Thinking maybe because of the sugar in the morning (dates etc), and candida/bad bacteria feasting on it causing hideous headaches etc.
Hopefully will be ok with this pumpkin below

The soup has a TINY bit of beef stock in it. Hardly anything and I am hoping that I'll be ok with this.
