16th March, Friday 2012
Woke up needing to pee at about 4 as I do, and going back to bed my left side of neck was hurting./aching. Along with shoulder. COOL! I love having heart attack symptoms.

3 tsp sauerkraut juice plus bit of cabbage
Soup: lamb meat, 4 lamb meatballs, garlic, onion, stock, purple carrot, green beans
Dollop of cooked pumpkin on top
Bite of cacao butter
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Lemon juice
Himalayan Salt
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, b6, EPO, Selenium

--> decided to take 2 x HCl for some reason, along with the s juice.
Had acidic feeling in throat at work therefore am assuming that too much HCl in stomach! Tomorrow, I will have just 1. I will also have just 1 at lunch.


BM action - clumpy still. but more amount this time, and darker colour i'm assuming from beetroot a couple days ago.

Glass container full of cool temp (b/c at work) cooked pumpkin in stock, duck fat
--> ate this to dampen the acidic throat feeling + i was a bit peckish

12.30-1.00pm
Soup: stock, purple carrots, garlic, onion, 2 baby yellow squash
5 lamb meatballs
Cooked pumpkin in stock and coconut oil and duck fat (about 1c) - quite a bit of the pumpkin

SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, Mg, Vitamin A
Burping a bit after meal  - - - pumpkin/meat combo?
Don't feel hugely great after the meal - i'm really thinking the pumpkin and meat don't go too well.
-- acidic ish feeling in throat. GAH (2pm)

Feeling better after lunch now (4pm)

Feeling ill again after bike ride, then drink of water (cup) with sauerkraut juice in (6.00pm)

7.30pm (pretty small meal)
Brothy water (little), lamb loin chop meat (slow cooked in water with onions and basil) - not much
Steamed purple carrots, broccoli, leeks, green beans - then sauteed in coconut oil with garlic
Chopped up cos lettuce and shallots on top
Olive oil
Himalayan salt
Coconut oil
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD (after meal), B6, EPO

---> I'm going to aim to start eating 5 small meals a day instead of large b-fast, lunch and dinner. 
Breakfast (first meal of day) can be pretty sizeable, but I'll try and spread out three meals following breakfast during the day that are smaller than usual, but will eat til I'm satisfied - this might help with digestion and put less strain on my body to digest large quantities!

Breathing is a little hideous.

--> thrush like symptoms have seemed to have appeared since using the probiotic down there at night. Maybe because its cleaning out??



UP at 2am ---> feel sick, nauseaus, heart beating hard, feel like food is still in stomach and not digested properly or gone out of stomach yet,.
Left arm feels weird/achy/ehh.
Tummy is bubbling/upset.
