Water

BM action - smallish amount, easily passed. Strange pale pale pale green colour, VERY acidic feeling. Burning ring of fire. Definitely I am thinking from the HCl!!!! 

7.40am
Juice: celery, bit of beetroot

8.30am
Soup: broth, cauliflower fried rice, beef meat/collagen etc, garlic
Scared to take the HCl ..... even 1 last night with dinner caused the acidic stomach/throat feeling.
SUPP: zinc, B6, chaste, EPO

Acidic feeling in throat. GAH - sorta come to conclusion with Mum that the past day with explosive bowels and aching legs etc due to too much sauerkraut too quickly . the lactic acid and good bacteria in it cleaned my out fair and square and was a bit too much acid to handle along with the too much HCl (3).

12.00pm
Broth with lamb meatballs
Roast pumpkin
Stirfry: beans, carrot, ginger, zuncchini, leeks, garlic, coconut oil, broccoli


Felt acidic feeling in throat all afternoon.

Went to Mooloolaba !!!!! FISH MARKETS - bought oysters, scallops, sashimi tuna, shark, mussels! :)

Still felt acidic feeling after this!

7.00-8.00pm
Sashimi tuna with stir fry from lunch!!! + coconut oil
Moules mariniere (mussels!) - mum cooked in stock, with parsley, thyme, leeks, celery, garlic, salt- WOW mussels.  :) yum. I am definitely a seafood kinda gurrrrrrrl. First time having mussels! :D
SUPP: 2 x CD, 1 x HCl, zinc, b6, chaste, EPO, selenium


  Not so bad after this meal...
