BM action - very constipated... difficulty passing anything. small amount came out. clumpy

6 small figs (went to town a bit not going to lie)
Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp

Vitamin C drink with water
BM action - stuff that was trapped in came out. all looking clumpy though. constipated..
9.30-9.55am
Soup: goat shanks, broth, purple carrot, onion, green beans, bok choy, garlic
SUPP:
1.30pm
~9 turkey meatballs (turkey, onion, basil, garlic, turmeric)
Steamed broccoli
Steamed green beans - coconut oil and garlic
Sauteed zucchini - coconut oil and garlic
Apple cider vinegar
SUPP: 3 x CD, 2 x HCL, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Mg
HAVE SOME DRY GAS TODAY!!! - DATES YESTERDAY OR FIGS THIS MORNING I'M GUESSING

Soup: broth, onions, oxtail meat (not cooked for long enough to be SUPER soft but still ok - have put back into pressure cooker), garlic, leek, cabbage
