Juice: orange (1/2), celery, cucumber, white grapes

Fruit: 1 pear

Duck broth/fat - poached all of the below-->
Leeks
Mushrooms
Garlic
Blue eye fish
Baby spinach
Coconut oil
Lemon Juice
SUPP: 2 x Hcl, 2 x CD, zinc, b6, chaste, ovarianne, EPO
--> went to markets, feeling of nausea came on, general loss of appetite feeling..
Got itchy neck (whether from a bite or what I don't know) - not like usual hive or itchy feeling.. kinda felt like itching it didn't make it any better
Tummy a little bubbly, not tooooo bad...
I'm thinking this is because of the orange that I juiced this morning. I noticed something similar with the last time I juiced orange.
--> also have a bit of a headache (2pm)
--> bit more BM action - still same consistency (lumpy etc)
1.40-2.00pm
'Cauliflower fried rice!' (not a very big serve)
-Grated and steamed and sauteed cauliflower
-steamed carrot, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms
-onion and garlic
-coconut oil
-lemon juice
-bit of stock (beef bones) and fat (beef fat)
- 6 steamed prawns (note to self - don't steam prawns! hahah they were mooshy)
SUPP: 3 x HCl (just felt need... as digestion lower down is a bit compromised/bubbly because of the orange jucie this morning - need all the help I can get), 3 x CD (again, need all the help I can get), Vit A, Mg, Vit E and Se
Feel a bit headachey and dizzy/out of it
(5.20pm) --> feel a bit refluxy - I think I took too many HCl's with the small meal I ate and not huge amount of protein (only 6 prawns) --> lesson learnt!
5.35pm
--drank some water with bicarb soda to neutralise the acid
6.35-7.00pm
Soup: broth (beef/marrow), beef fat/collagenous/meat
Garlic
Cauliflower fried rice with the meat/broth
