Mum and I have decided that the sauerkraut incident may be because it was a bit of a herxheimer reaction. A lot of enzymes, lactic acid and probiotics going through my system may have done more GOOD than what we thought was bad... so thats good. I just introduced it a bit too quickly and too much!

Water (little bit)

BM action - clumpy, more normal colour... goodish amount. 

Had to fast for blood test (insulin and fasting cortisol) - 7.30am

8.00am- 8.30am
Stirfry (zucchini, garlic, onion, ginger, green beans, carrots - purple and orange, bok choy,ceylon spinach, ...) coconut oil
Salt
Lemon juice
3 steamed oysters
6 fried in coconut oil scallops

YOGA CLASS <3
I notice my breathing gets difficult from yoga - certain poses causing stress and pain on body causes my breathing to be difficult.

Probiotic

12.30pm - 1.30pm
Sauerkraut juice (about 2 tsp)
Stirfry (above)
Steamed beetroot and carrot - coconut oil
fried sardines (fresh) in coconut oil and salt
Lemon juice
SUPP: 1 x HCl, vitamin A, Mg, Cd x 2 (after meal and then about half hr after eating)

My energy is quite a lot better today than usual, however my breathing is playing up a bit - for eff sake, its one thing or another isn't it!

GOT RESULTS BACK YESTERDAY ABOUT POTENTIAL sti's AND candida albicanus -----> Outcome: No STI's, but considerable Candida Overgrowth.
Dr. prescribed an antifungal called a neostatin?



-----> Sent off Nutripath SALIVA Test for ADRENAL, ESTROGEN, PROGEST, TESTOST in mail!!!!!!!!


5.45-6.30pm
Dinner

Onion and 2 mushrooms cooked in coconut oil/water and the sardines
Fried/poached sardines (coconut oil + water) salt
Mashed pumpkin and 2 cloves garlic

SUPP: 1 x Hcl, 2 x CD, B6, chaste, EPO (no Zinc tonight)

Bit of bubbling going on in the lower regions of the tummy - especially the right lower side
+ breathing is a little annoying .. hard to breath in fully?!?! ?!? ! No! FML
