Mixed in with 1/2 cucumber in blender.

Poached snapper fillet (palm size and a bit)
Steamed broccoli and green beans sauteed in garlic and coconut oil

SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, B6, Iron bisglycinate, EPO, Selenium

OREGANO OIL IN LEMON WATER (about hour.5 after probiotic)

- Moreton bay bug
- 3 prawns
- sauteed leek, zucchini and steamed snowpeas in coconut oil with garlic and salt
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- raw cucumber and lettuce

Bit of beetroot - roasted
5.45pm
Roast pumpkin (quite a few pieces) - in coconut oil with salt
Duck fat (about 3 tsp)
7.20pm - not hugely hungry.
1 lamb chop/cutlet thing
Himalayan salt

1 piece steamed broccoli
2 slices steamed carrots
leeks, snowpeas, spinach, zucchini from lunch
few pieces of beetroot - cooked in coconut oil, with thyme and lemon rind
9pm ish - have lump in throat feeling.
Aloe vera drink in water and cucumber
