juice: celery, parsley, grapes, purple carrot, beetroot, lemon juice


8.35am
1 pear - not super ripe, ie still a lil crunch

9.40am
sashimi tuna sealed on sides(half of fillet)
mussels (last night)
lemon juice
coconut oil
SUPP: cd, zinc, b6, chaste, selenium, EPO, sauerkraut tsp

Burping after meal..... no HCl ...?


10.30am (carried on from b-fast)
Cauliflower fried rice and leftover sauteed/steamed/cooked in mussels broth last night: celery, onion, leek, zucchini cooked in salty brine/stock from mussels, + coconut oil


bit of BM action - still strange colour but now clumpy again and only 3 clumps
JOY!


1.30pm
3 oysters with lemon juice
Roast pumpkin with stock and coconut oil
Steamed carrots and green beans with coconut oil, lemon juice and himalayan salt
shallots
Fillet flake poached in water, and a bit of stock
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Vitamin A, Mg

5.30pm
rest of flake fish
pumpkin/stock
shallots

6.15pm
4 lamb meatballs
roast pumpkin in broth
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 1 x CD, zinc, b6, chaste, EPO

Felt a bit nauseaus after this... but not for long
