17th March


17th March, Saturday 2012
Woke up at 2.... didn't go back to bed til 4. FML
Took a Critical Digestion enzyme because it felt like food was still in my stomach ... fermenting and making me feel hideous/ refluxish - different/ gross
I didn't even eat hardly much for dinner. I think the pumpkin/meat combo is a shocker for me!!!!! Never again! (well anytime soon)


Woke: 7.50am
Went to bed: 10 ish
Hours: woke up for a couple of hours so all up it was about 7-8hrs


BM action - constipated once again. No surprises there. CLumpy. doesn't feel like full evacuation. I'm hoping for further BM action throughout today.

Water

8.30am
Juice: cucumber, parsley, purple grapes, ginger, beetroot
Vitamin C added
Blueberries - handful


Probiotic


More BM action - a little less clumpy (balls) but still clumpy. Feels like a bit of a better evacuation.

9.50-10.40am (tried to keep this meal small and so i don't feel full - easier on digestion)
Soupy: broth, lamb meat (not a very big amount - about half palm size), garlic, onion, leeks, green beans, purple carrots, orange carrot, broccoli
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Coconut oil
Shredded lettuce on top
NO SAUERKRAUT JUICE TODAY
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD (at start of meal), zinc, b6, EPO, selenium


Mineral drink - small amount (not full dose as don't want to drink big cup of water)

Lemon water. - small sips throughout morning

12.40pm
Cup of broth/onion/basil brothy liquid


1.30pm
Soup: stock., beef meat, and fat etc, carrots, leeks, garlic, yellow baby squash 3
coconut oil
olive oil
chopped lettuce
parseley
himalayan salt
lemon juice
SUPP:2 x HCl, 2 x CD, mg, Vit A

More mineral drink

5.00pm
Broth and fatty/marrowy stuff (only small cup amount)

Ginger tea

feel kinda sick /loss of appetite again tonight after that broth. FARKING hell!
also burping after it


7.40pm
3 soaked medjool dates
some raw soaked brazil nut butter (homemade) - about 2tsp (has coconut oil in it also along with salt)
--> probs shouldn't have had this (sugary and new - ie, haven't eaten the brazil nuts/any nuts for AGES) when I am sensitive... but its also good to have different things?

8.30pm - small amounts
some soup: brothy stuff with mostly leeks and yellow baby squash
SUPP: 2 x CD


Burping like a bitch. 10pm ... WHYYYYYYY is my body failing me!?
