***** reasonable to note that yesterday, after skipping the HCL with meals, the reflux feeling was less noticeable. I do however have a bit of bubbling in the tummy.. for unknown reasons?***


Woke: 6.45am (stupid fire alarm!)
Bed: 11pm

Pear, celery juice with ALOE VERA

Vegie stack (previous days same)
Sauerkraut juice and cabbage
SUPP: 2 x CD, Iron, Selenium, B6, 2 x Golden Seal, EPO

11.10am
Vitamin C powder

12.25pm
Mineral drink - enzymes, minerals, amino acids, fulvic and humic acids


Tummy was bit bubbly after eating (tummy meaning lower intestines - assuming because this gets the digestion in all areas flowing - it is not the food I am currently eating that is in the lower intestines bubbling)

1.30pm
2 fishcakes
Beetroot roasted (garlic, coconut oil, lemon peel, thyme)
Coconut oil
Salt
Sauteed leeks, silverbeet, baby spinach
SUPP: 2 x CD, Mg, Vit A



6.25pm
About 6-7 tsp brazil nut butter
Roast pumpkin - duck broth/fat - 2-3 pieces (cold x 2 - was real hungry)
2 pieces steamed broccoli
Sauteed onion
1 lamb chop (small)
2 tsp sauerkraut and juice
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, Golden seal x 2, iron
**slightly worried as tummy already bubbling, just ate bulk nut butter, just ate lamb with pumpkin. FARK this... I have jittery feeling with impulsive brain going on and just chomped into the pumpkin. EHHHHH! Hopefully I don't get uber sick from this**
--> added the HCl back (1 at a time - just 1 tonight) in as my lower intestines etc is realllllllllllly bubbly!!! hasn't  been like this for AGES --> its either: aloe vera, lack of HCl in past 24+ hours, golden seal, double up of probiotics, or sauerkraut (possibly a few things in there to wonder?)
--> this meal was probably bit rushed to begin with and i felt a bit flighty.
