BM action - looser, looks like speckled - undigested a bit, mucous layer, ... browny light 
Used this also as sample no#1 for poo test for Dr. Viv Taylor to see if there are any other nasties growing other than my systemic candida.

Chicken stock
Rest of red emperor fillet
baby spinach, red cabbage, red carrot, peas (not many), onion, garlic etc

Face feels irritated.... (acne)

can of wild salmon - 160g

Bit more bentonite clay in water - 6.10pm

8.15pm
some almond butter - about 5 tsp --> realised today that this batch of almond butter... I didn't put salt in the water when soaking. Hopefully this doesn't mean some of the enzyme inhibitors remain in the butter.
I don't know if it's just me but my face seems to feel irritated (acne) after this.... almonds?? but it did happen earlier in the day..
Some more almond butter - about 3 tsp

Today I felt really jittery/flighty in the head. Don't know whether its me setting that up for myself or something else, but I know that mind power has got a say in it all.
