BM action - still clumpy as FARK!. Not a huge amount this morning either. FOR EFF SAKE.
I took a little bit (bit less than a tsp) of Epsom salts last night also!! Why doesn't anything work!?!
8.10am (small meal as I have yoga in an hour and am only taking 1 of each HCl and Enzymes)
1/2 palm size flake fillet (rest from last night)
Sauteed beetroot/garlic/parsley/lemon juice/salt/coconut oil ensemble
Bit of vegie stack (leek, spinach, zucchini)
Little chunk of raw cacao butter
SUPP: 1 x HCl, 1 x CD, zinc, B6, Selenium, EPO
Bit more BM action ... felt slipperier than before. not so round feeling., but still segmenty.... I wanna empty!

Drank Bentonite Clay drink
HAVE HIVE/? BITE ON COLLAR BONE!? before 7.00pm (around when I was washing off the bentonite clay off my face) and lip started to feel itchy - 7.30pm

At least there was no reflux feeling today.....
