BM action - again, constipated and hard to pass, dark lumpy pellets. Not a HUUGE amount... GAH!!!

7.20am
Fruit: some blueberries (about 10)
Juice: spinach (baby and ceylon), lettuce mix, cucumber and beetroot
(It ended up being a bit like a smoothy - was really thick! The ceylon spinach has such a gooeyness to it!!)

7.40am - 7.55am

1 fig


-->NEED TO GET RID OF THIS CONSTIPATION! GODDDDD (considering having some dates tomorrow morning)

mucousy dark stuff came out on toilet (tiny bit) from farting..... nice

SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Mg

(left over from before as I had to rush off to Woombye for brother)

Vitamin C with Lemon water

BM action -few moer clumps (3) - dark

feeling nauseus..... guessing from m 
skin also looks more active and red and inflamed

Bit of bubbling, pains and dry gas (7.40pm) -- bubbling still at nearly 9.00pm. Guessing because of the eating at 1 and then at 3.30pm --> food would have been entering stomach newly and then later when going into intestines some of the food in stomach was in proper chyme state whereas the later eaten food wasn't and therefore is causing discomfort in intestines because of partially digested foods fermenting/not being digested properly because of inappropriate size of molecules. 


8.00-8.50pm (too late my for liking but I had no appetite before then)
Steamed bok choy with coconut oil
Soup: broth, beef meat, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, zinc, b6, chaste, EPO
