BM action - seems to be even harder to pass. still clumpy and slightly speckled. Small amount..

Vegie stack - squash, pumpkin, zucchini, onion, garlic, stock, carrot, surprise PEAR
1 tsp sauerkraut

SUPP: 2 x CD, zinc, B6, Iron, Selenium, EPO, Golden Seal
--> tried 0 HCl this morning because I had some sauerkraut.
--> little/very little reflux acid feeling!! and no HCl. The feeling is better than the other day WITH HCl...


acupuncture 11am-12pm

Mineral drink
Vitamin  C drink - about 2.5tsp powder sodium ascorbate

Had a bit of a hive on leg.... before eating

-> trying out day without HCl.

Have gas and farting and a bit of bubbling in stomach (haven't had gas like this for ages)
--> potentially because of lack of 2 x EACH of HCl and CD yesterday meals.???????????



6.10pm 
Gas still present/bubbling in lower intestines


6.45pm
4 fish cakes - snapper/red emporer, green beans, onion, shallots, garlic, mint, basil, salt, zucchini, turmeric and curry powder (organic) --> I suppose this was quite a lot of protein
Sauteed leeks and silverbeet/baby spinach in coconut oil and chicken stock + salt
SUPP: 2 x CD, Golden Seal x 2, B6, Iron, EPO
--> again, no HCl..... I'll see how it goes tomorrow/how its feeling.
My tummy is currently feeling bubbly, which is hasn't in ages.
Not sure what's causing it - decreased used of enzymes/HCl... Vitamin C... Sauerkraut tsp this morn?...


7.40pm
bit of sauerkraut cabbage - much better tasting that last batch. This one has nice sour taste
--> did this as realised ate quite large amount of protein (fish), so needed some sort of HCl production...


** reflux feeling after food today has been really not too existent. It has been worse when I have taken HCl with meals. Difference is that I feel bubbling stomach that seems to be getting worse. 
The bubbling is in my lower bowel.

**more BMs through the day but they are always small and like 2 clumps. 
have noticed with Aloe that desire to BM is greater (ie, everytime I go to wee I feel I could also BM but its always hard and difficult)
