BM action - hard to pass, end was more smooth and less clumpy but still hardish and was a bit lighter in colour (not the really dark I've had)

Was rushing about as had to drive dad to school, trying to cook food quickly before YOGA and suddenly as I sat down to eat began to have heavy feeling in chest, nausea and dizziness.... sounds healthy right?
I decided to skip the yoga :( :( :( and rest and eat... got better after a rest and sit down. Kinda felt like indigestion (the chest feeling)
