BM action - larger amount today. no beetroot present. last part quite wide diameter -- constipated looking (clumpy)... reminds me of description of constipation in GAPS book of small boy who passes massive BM's every 10 days. (I am clearly not that bad - but it was a wide diameter no#2), darker colour. no tp residue

Steamed Veg: yellow string beans, carrot, broccoli, 1 slice beetroot, green beans
Turkey meat/broth - slow cooked/water baked
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Vit E and Se, Mg, Vit A

Soup from this morning (stock, bit of turkey meat/lamb off bone (hardly any lamb), onion, garlic, carrot) + turmeric

Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) in water and lemon juice + I ate the lemon (pith etc)

Roasted butternut squash - in coconut oil and sea salt (~8 slices)

Blue eye fillet fish poached (not much)
Duck fat/stock - leeks, garlic and mushrooms cooked in
