Went to bed: 10.50pm (need to go to Bed earlier!!! - at least MKR isn't on tonight and therefore I do not feel the need to have to stay up super late! :) )

Burnt fingers on right hand on the freakin' oven at home roasting turkey!!!! OWWW

Tummy feeling a bit bubbly/ I am gasseous.. Would perhaps enjoy going to the toilet. I am at work however and that is slightly awkward. haha oh the joys.
MORE BM action (2pm) - evident that beetroot is present. I had a little bit of steamed beet yesterday and also about 3/4 of a steamed large beetroot the day before.. The BM this morning had slight beetroot colours also ---> so ~24-48hrs transit time?? ok.. This BM was still hard and small, not droplets small, but small in overall size. Normal colour but with the beetroot.. lumpy

--> this meal is probably too late.... it was meant to be more lunch ish. I think work really screws around with my eating patterns. I haven't been particularly hungry though but I think i've gone too long without food (or a decent meal), because I ended up eating only a small amount of the above foods and feel quite full and kinda sick from it..
