Ohh that is the question!
Today on the news, new reports on Statins used to reduce cholesterol revealed that there is an increased risk of dementia and diabetes because of taking statins. No KIDDING! Far out its hideous how much sway the medical industry has on people! It is NOT cholesterol that causes heart disease etc!!! 
Another very important reason why EVERYONE needs to read "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon and "Put your heart in your mouth" by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride!

Went to bed: 11ish * :( - silly meeeeee - had to do a bentonite clay face mask and it takes ages to dry! haha *
Hours: 9ish


Water

BM action - lumpy, normal colour but segments (constipated consistency)... smoothish covering, no TP residue. No bad smell.. I'm thinking this may be because of the extra enzymes and HCl ?

8.10am: juice
celery, cucumber, white grapes, ginger, coconut milk (homemade)
Vitamin C added


9.00am: fruit
1 smallish pear
Few blueberries
1 small fig

--> my face skin seems to feel tingly/active after fruits.../juice?
--> and my skin is flaring up at the moment :| FML!

--> Tomorrow I am going to switch up my routine a bit (due to the constipation) - to see if it helps with the whole digestion scenario! --> ie, half glass of celery juice mixed with juice of half of a lemon.
Followed by rockmelon.

9.50am
Soup: stock (brisket bones), meat, fat, carrots, onions, red cabbage, garlic
a few bites of raw cacao butter :)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, B6, Zinc, Ovarianne, Chaste Tree

Bit more BM action - small amount and still hard and clumpy

ACUPUNCTURE <3 
Today, Amy gave me a mixture of 3 Chinese herbs which are used for acne treatment. I am to make a paste with it and apply it to the affected areas at night time.

--> My CELINE sunglasses arrived today! :) :) :) 

More tiny bit BM action - very small

Mixed lettuce leaves/mint/mustard greens
Soup: stock mix from b-fast, with garlic, carrots, onion etc and turmeric, red cabbage
Poached whiting fillet (palm size)
Prawns ~15
Spring onions chopped on top of fish/prawns soup
coconut oil
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Ovarianne, Vit A, Vit E and Se, Vit A

-->Probiotic

Have got gassiness for some reason - had bubbling intestines (guessing it was the large intestine as it was lower right abdomen) when in acupuncture. The gassiness is I'm assuming because I NEED to go to the toilet more today (there is matter in there wanting to come out)

More BM action - small amount, hard, slightly greener colour and light... hmmmm


Went for a walk down town again to buy some water :) - skin always looks so much better after exercise at the magical time of twilight.


7.30pm-8.20pm
Steamed carrots (2), green beans and beetroot (smallish amount) - sauteed then in coconut oil and stock with GARLIC :)
Slow cooked stock lamb neck meat/gelatinous meats, marrow
Onions (slow cooked in stock)
SUPP: 2 x HCl, 2 x CD, Zinc, B6, Chaste

**Not so sure what to do about my EPO situation - the aftertaste is 'spicy' and burning..... I don't know whether it's rancid or  not. I have now bought two bottles that taste like this. The naturopath at the store which I bought them from tasted it and said that it was Ok and that EPO differs in taste re: harvesting time etc... Hmm ? Convinced? Not reallly....***

--> First time tonight using the herb acne blend on my face from Amy - it really does look like I'm putting turmeric on my face... thank goodness it doesn't stain my skin like turmeric would! HOT!!
